We are so pleased that our wonderful Rainbows, with a lot of help from their leaders and also the lovely folk from the Wall Heath in Bloom team, have built the most amazing Bug Hotel in our church garden. It really is wonderful and a work of art, so many thanks and well done to everyone involved for all their efforts!
Our Minister, Rev Alison Smith, led a service of blessing and dedication for the Bug Hotel when she told a story about Noah, who built his Arc for lots of animals to take shelter in, and led the singing of ‘Mr Noah Had an Arc’ (sung to the tune of Old Macdonald of course!). Rev Alison also said a special prayer of blessing for the Bug Hotel and all the creatures who hopefully will be very happy living there!
