Who are the budding leaders in your context, can we equip them to step into leadership roles?
Young Leader Essentials (YLE) is designed specifically to help younger leaders explore what leadership looks like by following the example of Jesus. It will give them the tools they need as they step into leadership roles and take on new responsibilities in their churches and youth groups. YLE is made up of six sessions covering six different themes of leadership drawn from the life of Jesus.
Each of the sessions will explore an insight into the leadership example of Jesus, a practical youth work skill to build their confidence and ability, and a personal reflection to help develop character and fuel faith.
